Despite of my timing is a lil bit late since DotS fever at SK happened around first semester of 2016, the buzz of this Kdrama still happen until the end of 2016, well, at least, at Doota stores whereas Song Joong Ki himself is Doota ambassador. As a memorial to SJK and DotS, Doota Duty Free at Dongdaemun made a DotS Exhibition at their store. It was held at May, 20th, 2016 until November, 20th, 2016, but I think it’s still held at Doota Duty Free until now.
Since I failed to go to DotS army camp, coming to this exhibition is my healing treatment. You could spotted army camp kitchen where Kang Mo Yeon-Yoo Shi Jin did their wine kiss which very look alike with Urk kitchen, Kang Mo Yeon’s living room which were decorated with some candles just like at the drama, such a very fine replicas indeed! To be honest, DotS Exhibition feel like SJK’s exhibition since there are so many Captain Yoo standing banners, posters and even the television clips also showing him too!
I didn’t find any SHK’s poster/banner there -quite understandable since SHK herself is an ambassador for different duty free store, how could you put your contender at your own store? LOL-. If you’re not a big fan of SJK, don’t worry, DotS Exhibition also give us some chance to listening DotS soundtrack at their music players and how could you resist Neukkun and Hayang big size doll?
As if it weren’t enough, DotS Exhibition also having DotS merchandises store where you could buy all DotS stuffs related -from OST, calendar, photobook- until some cute stuffs with Neukkun-Hayang’s themes like tumblr, pillow cushion, ect. If you’re a foreigners, you could buy those merchandise without tax by only showing your passport to store officer.
