Garden of Morning Calm

I didn’t plan to visit Garden of Morning Calm at the same day with Nami Island and Petite French trip since our day-trip at Gyeonggi province a little time-strict since my friend need to come back to Seoul at 6 pm. Thanks to impulsive gut bcos we made quick decision when we’re in the bus after took off from Petite French since Gapyeong City Bus Tour’s circle route come to this garden first before going back to station. We already went to Jade Garden the day before, so I didn’t expect much, but turned out, Garden of Morning Calm is so much bigger and more beautiful than Jade Garden!

Those red leaves give vibrant vibes and very well harmonized with the green part of garden. This garden also full of flowers bloom like chrysanthemum which are so colorful. I think coming to this garden during autumn is the best option. Eventho’ there’s no lighting festival during night which only held during winter season, my eyes is totally fall in love with the autumn’s scenery. Don’t you think it’s nicer to see the beauty of nature rather than human-made’s beauty?

Beside those nature beauties, Garden or Morning Calm also had some scenic traditional spots like an old wooden gazebo. I didn’t watch Kdrama Moonlight Drawn by the Clouds at that time, but this Kdrama also had some scenes at this garden just like below. Totally love how korean gazebo perfectly blended with small lake landscape which is so instagramable. Beside the traditional korean vibe, this garden also give us some international spot with a blue rooftop european house at the middle of its garden where you could sit in at the house’s pouch.
