Garden of Morning Calm

I didn’t plan to visit Garden of Morning Calm at the same day with Nami Island and Petite French trip since our day-trip at Gyeonggi province a little time-strict since my friend need to come back to Seoul at 6 pm. Thanks to impulsive gut bcos we made quick decision when we’re in the bus after took off from Petite French since Gapyeong City Bus Tour’s circle route come to this garden first before going back to station. We already went to Jade Garden the day before, so I didn’t expect much, but turned out, Garden of Morning Calm is so much bigger and more beautiful than Jade Garden!

Petite France

As I wrote before, Gyeonggi province has so many wonderful theme-villages, after Edelweiss Swiss Theme Park, I also got chance to visit another theme-village named Petite France, which judging from the name, it was inspired by french culture. To be more exact, Petite France‘s concept was inspired by French author Saint Exupary who wrote novel ‘Le Petit Prince’. This foreign village also famous as of My Love from Another Stars, Secret Garden or Running Man’s shooting location which made its became a well-known tourist attractions.

Edelweiss Swiss Theme Park

Besides strolling around Seoul, I also visit nearest provinces at SK like Gyeonggi since it has so many wonderful theme-villages which have different vibe like Edelweiss Swiss Theme Park. Judging from the name, this foreign village was inspired by Swiss-village rather than Korean-traditional village. I knew this village from The Return of Superman episode when Uhm Tae Woong and his daughter, Ji On, went there and it seemed this place is overload with cuteness and give a beautiful scenery because it located around at high mountains.
